TOURNAMENT GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES


NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, RHODE ISLAND, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.


By entering the Pinned Golf Tournament Giveaway Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Pinned Golf LLC, 500 Victory Road, Suite 1000, Quincy, MA 02171 ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, except residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on March 11, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Online Entry (Primary Method): During the Sweepstakes Period, visit [INSERT LANDING PAGE URL] (the "Entry Page") and complete the official entry form with all required information, including your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company or golf course name, tournament name, tournament date, tournament type, and estimated number of players. Submission of a completed entry form constitutes one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.


Multiple Entries: Entrants may submit multiple entries during the Sweepstakes Period, provided that each entry corresponds to a different, distinct tournament event. Submitting multiple entries for the same tournament event is prohibited and may result in disqualification of all entries by that entrant. There is no limit to the number of unique tournament entries a single entrant may submit.


Alternative Method of Entry (Mail-In): To enter without using the online entry form, hand-print your full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, company or golf course name, tournament name, tournament date, tournament type, and estimated number of players legibly on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Pinned Golf LLC, Tournament Giveaway Sweepstakes Entry, 500 Victory Road, Suite 1000, Quincy, MA 02171. Each mailed card for a unique tournament event constitutes one (1) entry. Each unique tournament entry must be mailed in a separate envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by August 7, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due mail. Mail-in entries have the same odds of winning as online entries.


All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means are void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that it believes has been generated by automated means, that is incomplete, or that does not comply with these Official Rules.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on or about August 1, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.


The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) business days after the first notification attempt, if any notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion from the remaining eligible entries by random drawing.


The potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of the date of notification. Failure to return any required documents within the specified time period, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

6. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: The winning entrant's tournament will receive logo-customized Pinned Golf product in sufficient quantity for every registered player in the tournament field, up to a maximum of one hundred fifty (150) units. The specific product to be awarded will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor will coordinate with the winner to apply the winner's course or tournament logo to the awarded product.


Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): The ARV of the Grand Prize ranges from approximately $3,750 to $15,000 USD, depending on the specific product selected by Sponsor and the number of registered players in the winning tournament's field. The actual value of the prize will be determined at the time of fulfillment based on the product awarded and the tournament field size.


Prize details and limitations:

  • The specific Pinned Golf product comprising the prize will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

  • If the winning tournament's registered field exceeds 150 players, Sponsor will provide up to a maximum of 150 units of product. Additional units beyond 150 are not included in the prize.

  • The prize is awarded to the tournament identified in the winning entry. It is not transferable to a different tournament or event.

  • No cash equivalent will be provided. The prize is non-transferable except as expressly provided herein.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any component thereof, with one of equal or greater approximate retail value if the advertised prize (or any component thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

  • Prize fulfillment is subject to product availability, customization timelines, and coordination with the winner regarding logo specifications and delivery. Sponsor will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill the prize in advance of the winning tournament date, provided the winner cooperates in a timely manner with logo approval and delivery arrangements.

7. PRIOR PURCHASES AND EXISTING ORDERS

Entrants who have previously purchased Pinned Golf products, or who purchase Pinned Golf products during the Sweepstakes Period, are not disqualified from entering or winning the Sweepstakes. A prior or concurrent purchase will not increase or decrease an entrant's chances of winning.


Product Credit for Winners with Prior Purchases: If the selected winner (or the winner's golf course or organization) has placed a paid order with Pinned Golf for product intended for the same tournament identified in the winning entry, and such order was placed within ninety (90) days prior to the winner notification date, Sponsor will issue a product credit equal to the value of the overlapping order, at Sponsor's sole discretion. This credit applies only to orders for the same tournament event and the same or substantially similar product. Requests for credit must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Sponsor's determination of eligibility for credit is final.

8. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes arising from the acceptance, receipt, and use of the prize, including but not limited to income taxes, use taxes, and any other applicable taxes. If the total ARV of the prize awarded to the winner equals or exceeds $2,000, the winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a completed IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent form as required by applicable law) prior to prize fulfillment. Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the value of the prize as required by applicable law. Failure to provide a completed W-9 within fourteen (14) days of Sponsor's request may result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to:


  • (a) Comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes;

  • (b) Release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including but not limited to claims of personal injury, death, damage to property, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy;

  • (c) Grant Sponsor the right to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, tournament name, golf course name, city, and state of residence for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, review, or approval, unless prohibited by law; and

  • (d) Acknowledge that the Released Parties have not made and are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to the prize's quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.


Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation, suspension, or modification.


Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet connectivity, or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to any person's computer, mobile device, or other property related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any materials related to the Sweepstakes.


Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage, interfere with, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Information collected from entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at [https://pinnedgolf.com/pages/privacy-policy]. By entering, each entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.


Personal information collected through the Sweepstakes entry form, including but not limited to contact details, tournament information, and product preferences, may be used by Sponsor for the following purposes: (a) administration of the Sweepstakes, including verification of eligibility, winner selection, and prize fulfillment; (b) marketing and promotional communications regarding Sponsor's products and services, including email, telephone, and direct mail; and (c) internal business purposes, including market research and product development.


Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in any marketing email from Sponsor, or by contacting Sponsor at the address listed in Section 1.

11. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.


These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. WINNERS LIST

For the name of the winner, available after August 15, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Pinned Golf LLC, Tournament Giveaway Sweepstakes — Winners List Request, 500 Victory Road, Suite 1000, Quincy, MA 02171. Requests must be received by October 1, 2026.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired, and such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving the intent of the parties.
