The Caddie is awesome! It has a strong magnet, easily detaches to come with you, shows all distances, and easily tracks scoring! Love the caddie!! It’s helped me make smarter decisions and better shots on the course. Whether it’s laying up before a hazard, knowing exact yardages of when bunkers come into play or hitting a blind approach shot, it helps me make confident decisions/shots which is improving my scores. This is my 3rd Pinned product and I love them all. Dart speaker, Prism+ rangefinder and now the Caddie. All products have very strong magnets so no fear of falling off the cart.
Keeps me off my phone when looking for distances which keeps me locked into my round! Also helps me read greens which I suck at!
Not to mention it helps keep score for golf games which is super convenient!
I’ve really enjoyed using the Pinned Golf Caddie. It’s been a great addition on courses where the carts don’t already have GPS screens.
The large display is easy to see, yardages are quick to access, and it keeps everything you need right on the cart without having to pull out your phone. The magnetic mount is solid, setup is simple, and it’s become one of those gadgets I find myself using every round.
If you regularly play courses without cart GPS, The Caddie is definitely worth checking out.

If you struggle with carry distances whether it’s your home course or you’re playing a course for the first time you’ll never question if you have the right club or if there’s a hazard short of the green. Don’t rely on the scorecard. Get yourself a caddie from pinned. It’s also great because you can go hold my hole and keep your score right on the device..
I've used many different golf tech accessories, and this is by far the best I've used. So many courses downloaded, interactive screens, and accurate distances. Strongly recommend
I would like to request a full redund and a refund for the subscription. It doesnt take a complete charge and the charge it does take dies fast.
My wife bought me a sound stick pro and portable charge. Received it got the sound stick pro portable charger and three different charging cables (white cable short black cable and long black cable.) i am still trying to figure out the third cable and what it goes too? It’s a great product but it almost takes an electrical engineer to figure things out. And forget help from customer service. All done by email which takes all day. Where a simple phone call would help resolve the problems quickly! Also to contact them they request an order number. Well how do you get that if it was gift?
What a disappointment!
The device adds absolutely no value for the price offered.
For starters:
1) The charging cable was shipped with a cut/shorted bare wires. Had to grab my own to charge.
2) The device was not configured ready to use. It totally lacked proper human factors engineering of the startup process. Just given a black screen for 45 secs, then a loading screen for 20 sec, and then a blank/black screen again (turned it off after 2 min).
I ended up doing a factory reset. (Very very poor first impression)
3) I bought this unit as there are no s/w subscriptions - maybe now I know why. As such, being compelled to create an account and divulge personal data/info is inappropriate.
4). When i went looking for my home course, it was not to be found. The state filter did not work, so force to page thru too much junk courses. (Why am I seeing private courses I can’t play. Why is Augusta even listed? Know your clientele!!!
The human factors engineering behind locating courses is terrible.
5) and probably the most irritating and significant flaw is the poor graphics of the course. The graphics are cartoonish! They are not complete, missing critical sand traps, grass pot bunkers, location of tee boxes.
I can’t point on the screen and find out distances from the ball to selected point and how far to the pin. Answers to basic club selection decisions can not be quickly obtained.
For a device with a quad core processor and 4GB RAM, the performance expectation was not met, not even close.
Bottom line is this devise is borderline unusable.
There are far better S/W packages available in the App Store that are free and produce similar or better graphics.
I was having trouble with my caddy and Tim from the support team quickly helped me figure out the problem. I just wanted to give a big shout out to him. And his team, they deliver a great product in service as well. Thank you again
I like the display - super easy to see with large, bright numbers and locks onto pins with ease. I play about 4 rounds a week, have never charged it, and the battery still shows full after a few months.
Amazing sound, sturdy product. Holds charge really well. The sync of 2 of them creates surround sound when you need it!
I have had 3 rangefinders and a sound stick from Pinned and they have all be awesome products.
I just bought a new rangefinder that had a small issue with the vibration lock making a loud noise. The customer service I received from Sarah was absolutely phenomenal and I had the warranty claim and replacement in no time! She went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of in a timely manner and because of her this company has a customer for life.
This is an awesome device for distance and keeping score and stats. The graphics are great as well! Best GPS unit out there.
