My display is blurry... What do I do?
Simply turn the eye piece to adjust the focus. The eye piece was accidentally turned and the scope became out of focus.
Why does it pick up objects behind the flag?
With First Target Acquisition, the Prism+ will pick up on the first target that the laser comes in contact with. If you are not getting readings to the flag, that means you may have moved slightly and now the laser is picking up on the objects behind the flag. Since these are very sensitive pieces of technology, the smallest movement will disrupt the lasers path towards the flag.
How do I know it's fully charged?
One 45 minute charge when you receive it and you will be good for the entire season! When fully charged, the green light will be lit.
Why isn't my rangefinder charging?
Please be sure to use the USB-C charging cord that comes with your Prism+.
When when playing in rain do I only getting 7-10 yard readings?
In rainy conditions, the laser can reflect off water droplets in the air, causing inaccurate or shortened readings. This is because the beam gets interrupted before it reaches the target.
Why is the screen so faint?
If the screen looks faint, it’s likely on a lower brightness setting. Press and hold the target button before turning the unit on to cycle through BRT1–BRT5 and select the brightest display.
