Can I turn slope on and off?
Yes, The Prism+ golf rangefinder comes with a slope switch that allows you to turn the slope on and off. This means that our golf rangefinder is completely USGA tournament legal.
How do I know it's fully charged?
One 45 minute charge when you receive it and you will be good for the entire season! When fully charged, the green light will be lit.
Can I use any USB-C charger?
Please use the USB-C charging cord that comes with your Prism+.
How do I use my rangefinder?

Should I register my device?
You do not have to but it is strongly encouraged to register your device once you have received it.
How strong are the magnets?
The magnets have been tested by numerous 3rd party partners and never fell off the cart regardless of the landscape. They are N52 magnets which are the strongest magnet on the market.

I ve found that I have to take multiple readings on flag distances. I’ve gotten up to 25 yards of difference while shooting flags. I end up shooting 3-4 times and taking the ones that repeat. I’m not really satisfied with this rangefinder.
I already have the Caddie and liked it so much I bought the USA (Ryder Cup) edition Prism+. It arrived just in time for me to use it in several Veterans Golf Association (VGA) Tournaments in Colorado and Wyoming. Love the look, feel and accuracy of the Prism+. I have received lots of compliments from my golf competitors who have other brands :). The only thing that would be a nice software upgrade would be a better stabilization for when the winds blow in Colorado. Bill
I purchased a golf caddy. I got the unit July 23. It would not turn on. I assumed the battery was dead. I plugged the unit in. With the cord and block supplied. It made a tone sound like it was changing. I left it overnight. I tried turning in on the next morning and it still not work. It’s been plug up 5 days. And still will not turn on. It’s impossible to get any customer support. They don’t have a number to call. Can only email. I’ve sent a total of 7 emails to there support. 2 on Wednesday 2 on Thursday 2 on Friday. It’s Monday now and still nothing from them for help. But they still sending emails trying to get me to buy more equipment from them. Their customer service support is the worst I’ve ever seen. I will be getting a hold of PayPal. Hopefully they can help, or I’m just out of $400. I do live in Vegas. So when PGA convention comes next year I can go to there booth
I ordered this rangefinder on July 7th and I still have not yet received it. I understand that shipping to Hawaii takes a long time, but it has never taken this long. I think they forgot about my order as it said shipping label created for the longest time and it wasn't until I inquired about my order (I gave them a week to actually process & ship my product out) that I saw any movement on my package. Very disappointed that even now I have yet to receive it.
I purchased my first prism a couple.of years ago and was extremely impressed with the quality and accuracy at a great price. I actually traded in an old Bushnell for the First Tee program. Unfortunately a few weeks ago I dropped my prism on a cart path and yep you guessed it, I ruined it. I contacted the good folks at Pinned Golf and unfortunately, my rangefinder could not be repaired. I did however receive a nice discount on the purchase of a new Prism Plus. I have used it for several rounds now and give it five stars.

Rangefinder worked great until it was exposed to some rain - here's what it looks like after getting a little wet. Unable to see through the scope at all.
Left in sunlight for a week, tried drying, nothing works.
Pinned not standing by product, either.
