    Can I turn slope on and off?

    Yes, The Prism+ golf rangefinder comes with a slope switch that allows you to turn the slope on and off. This means that our golf rangefinder is completely USGA tournament legal.

    How do I know it's fully charged?

    One 45 minute charge when you receive it and you will be good for the entire season! When fully charged, the green light will be lit.

    Can I use any USB-C charger?

    Please use the USB-C charging cord that comes with your Prism+.

    Should I register my device?

    I purchased a Prism+ and mg second time out with it it didn’t work. I’ve been around long enough to realize things happen. It’s how the company stands behind it.
    I must say, the customer service was Outstanding! They took care of the problem and quite frankly left me feeling better about the company than when I started. I couldn’t be happy with the product and the service!

    Great Range Finder

    I have played about 8 rounds with the Pinned range finder. I would put it on the same level as any Bushnell or Leopold unit that I have ever used and it’s half the price. The display when checking yardages is great. The color options are awesome. Although I may not have picked green if I were ordering again. If the range finder were dropped in the rough it could be difficult to see. I love the fact that it has no battery needs. The accuracy is as good as higher priced devices as I checked them side by side with bigger named brands. My biggest concern to date is the magnet. It doesn’t seem to be quite as strong as some others but it hasn’t dropped off my cart yet. So I think it is plenty strong.
    I have a Bushnell ram gtg e finder sitting in my garage that cost over $400. On the 3rd round with it during our Club Championship, we got a rain shower that lasted about 3 holes. . The range finder has not worked since. I sent it back and was told there are signs of water damage and they would not replace it. 3 rounds!!!! The only time it was in the rain was when I was getting yardages. Otherwise it was inside of my cart. That brand will never be in my bag again. Hopefully I do not have to find out about Pinned golf in that way but to date their company has been great to work with.
    I would highly recommend to others and have around my club.
