How does it mount to the cart?
A built-in magnet keeps your Caddie securely in place throughout the round. Put it on, play, and forget it’s there.
Do I need cell service or wifi?
No, Caddie works fully offline so you can play uninterrupted from start to finish. Simply download your course before arriving and you're good to go.
What’s included and is there a subscription?
Your Caddie comes ready to play out of the box with full GPS and scoring features included. Simply connect to wifi, set up your device and head to the course!
How do scoring and built-in games work?
Choose your format before the round and Caddie handles the rest automatically as you play. Scores, games, and side competitions are tracked quietly in the background.
What makes Caddie different from a normal handheld GPS?
Caddie goes beyond yardages by combining strategy, scoring, and built-in games in one simple experience. It’s designed to help you make better decisions without adding distractions to your round.
How strong are the magnets?
The magnets have been tested by numerous 3rd party partners and never fell off the cart regardless of the landscape. They are N52 magnets which are the strongest magnet on the market.
How do I use my rangefinder?

Can I turn slope on and off?
Yes, The Prism+ golf rangefinder comes with a slope switch that allows you to turn the slope on and off. This means that our golf rangefinder is completely USGA tournament legal.
What is the typical shipping time?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 hours of being received and on the mail truck shortly after that. From there it takes the carrier 5-7 business days to get it to your doorsteps.
What’s up with International shipping?
International shipping typically takes 10-14 business days. The customer is responsible for paying any duty/taxes that are associated with the order.
We take responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the returns or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
Is there a warranty on The Caddie?
The Caddie comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
