Do I need cell service or wifi?
No, Caddie works fully offline so you can play uninterrupted from start to finish. Simply download your course before arriving and you're good to go.
What makes Caddie different from a normal handheld GPS?

What’s included and is there a subscription?
Your Caddie comes ready to play out of the box with full GPS and scoring features included. Simply connect to wifi, set up your device and head to the course!
Does it read you yardages?
No. The Sound Stick is strictly a speaker that plays music. No need to complicate things.
How does it sound?

How strong is the magnet?
The magnet has been tested by numerous 3rd party partners and never fell off the cart regardless of the landscape.
Is it only for golf?
No! We have a number of customers who bring their Sound Stick on the boat, to the beach, in the pool and so many others activities off the course.
What is the typical shipping time?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 48 hours of being received and on the mail truck shortly after that. From there it takes the carrier 3-4 business days to get it to your doorsteps.
What’s up with International shipping?
International shipping typically takes 10-14 business days. The customer is responsible for paying any duty/taxes that are associated with the order.
We take responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the returns or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
Is there a warranty on The Prism?
Yes, we give a two year warranty with a 60 day money back guarantee! Returns will not be accepted after 60 days of receiving The Prism. The warranty is for all technical difficulties and not damages by misuse.
