Why doesn't it automatically go to next hole?
As of right now, the Caddie is set up for golfers to keep score. So, the auto advance feature is disabled so it doesn't move to the next hole without the score being added. This will become a feature that will be able to be turned off in the next two weeks.
How do I edit/delete a round?
As of right now, once you have submitted your round, you do not have the ability to edit/delete it. We wanted to make sure that all of your data was saved on your Caddie to keep accurate stats. But, this will become a feature that will be able to be edit in the next two weeks.
How do I edit my profile?
As of right now, once you have submitted your profile, you do not have the ability to edit it. We wanted to make it easy for the golfers to get signed up. But, this will become a feature that will be able to be edit in the next two weeks.
Why does my screen go dim after 5 minutes?
We have set up an auto dim feature that will dim your screen if the Caddie goes 5+ minutes without being touched. This will become a feature that will be able to be turned off in the next two weeks.
Do I need to download the course before my round?
Yes. The Caddie works 100% offline, due to the user downloading the course map on Wi-Fi before heading to the course. Once you’ve downloaded a course, it will stay saved on your Caddie forever.
How often is course data updated?
Our team regularly updates our course library to reflect new layouts, renovations, and GPS enhancements. Updates are downloaded whenever you connect to Wi-Fi, keeping your data fresh.
What should I do if a course map looks outdated or incorrect?
If you notice that a hole layout, yardage, or course detail looks off, shoot us a message at support@pinnedgolf.com with the course name and a quick description of the issue. Our team will review it and get the updated layout pushed live within a few days. We’ve got your back!
Is The Caddie waterproof or weather-resistant?
Yes — The Caddie is built to handle the elements with a rugged, weather-resistant design. Whether you’re playing in heat, wind, or light rain, it’s ready to go.
What should I do if the GPS seems off or slow to load?
Make sure you’re standing outside with a clear view of the sky. If the issue persists, please restart your device.
