At Pinned Golf, we stand behind the quality of our products. Here is a brief description of what is included in each of our warranties.


The Caddie – 1-Year Limited Warranty Overview

The Caddie comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

✅ What’s Covered:

Internal electronics

GPS functionality

Battery performance

Buttons and outer casing (excluding screen)

❌ What’s Not Covered:

Screen damage (including cracks, scratches, or impact-related issues)

Damage due to misuse, drops, or unauthorized repairs

Water damage or exposure beyond rated specifications

Normal wear and tear

If you experience an issue with your device that falls under the warranty coverage, please contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll be happy to help get you back on the course.

 

Prism+ – 2-Year Limited Warranty Overview

We built the Prism+ to be as reliable as your go-to club. That’s why it’s backed by a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

✅ What’s Covered:

Laser accuracy and targeting functionality

Internal electronics and display

Battery compartment and buttons

Outer housing (excluding cosmetic wear)

❌ What’s Not Covered:

Damage from drops or physical impact

Water damage from misuse or submersion

Scratches or damage to the lens or eyepiece

Cosmetic wear and tear from normal use

Lost or stolen units

Sound Stick – 1-Year Limited Warranty Overview

Your Sound Stick is covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

✅ What’s Covered:

Bluetooth connectivity and audio performance

Internal electronics and battery

Buttons and charging components

Outer casing (excluding cosmetic wear)

❌ What’s Not Covered:

Damage from drops, impacts, or misuse

Water damage beyond rated resistance

Cosmetic wear and tear

Damage to speaker grill or fabric mesh

Lost or stolen units
