Can you turn slope on and off?

Yes, The Prism+ golf rangefinder comes with a slope switch that allows you to turn the slope on and off. This means that our golf rangefinder is completely tournament legal.

How do I know they're fully charged?

One 45 minute charge when you receive it and you will be good for the entire season! When fully charged, the green light will be lit.

Can I use any USB-C charger?

Please use the USB-C charging cord that comes with your Prism+.

I may have just got the one bad apple of the bunch that doesn’t work. The red lights do not display. It vibrates but no yardages. I’m sending back for a refund

Customer Service

In an age where customer service has seemed to have gone out the window, these guys really stand apart from the crowd. I had a problem with delivery (usps fault) and within an hour they had proactively reached out to resolve the issue. Luckily before they shipped out a new rangefinder the product was delivered, but they stayed in constant communication. All in all, I received the product and it is top notch. This is one of three reviews I've ever written. Keep it up everyone at Pinned!

Still dialing in accuracy. Bounces around to other objects as I try to dial in distance. Might be my unsteady hands but moves a lot when trying to shoot target. Overall I like it and have played better golf knowing my distances better.

First glance

I have yet to take it out on the course, but at first glance it seems solid! I like the sleek minimalist design. Shooting items around the house and neighborhood it seems accurate. The red display took a second to get used to but ultimately I think it makes for easier reading of the display. The magnet is strong! (I spent a good 10 minutes sticking it to everything's in my house.) Despite being weather resistant, the only downside I’ve found so far is the door for the charging port seems flimsy and does not have a gasket to help keep the elements from getting in. Can’t wait to get it on the course!

Awesome Product

We just purchased the Prism for our daughter who is away playing golf in the U.S. I did everything online and the customer service was beyond amazing. They helped with every little detail I had asked about. They even through in a few extras when arrived to my daughter. Shipping was very fast.
