    Can I turn slope on and off?

    Yes, The Prism+ golf rangefinder comes with a slope switch that allows you to turn the slope on and off. This means that our golf rangefinder is completely USGA tournament legal.

    How do I know it's fully charged?

    One 45 minute charge when you receive it and you will be good for the entire season! When fully charged, the green light will be lit.

    Can I use any USB-C charger?

    Please use the USB-C charging cord that comes with your Prism+.

    Second time around

    After a lot of research, I recently purchased a prism plus. I used it a few times and it worked great...... until it did not. I have used a few times and the device for about 5 rounds It does not hold the pin and vibrate properly and is giving erratic readings. The lens was not clear. I reached out to support and they were responsive and tried to troubleshoot he issues. They even consulted engineering. I quickly received a replacement and it works great. I love supporting small upcoming businesses so I am psyched with the results and the product.
